1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and btbdt ("btbdt ", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the btbdt website located at https://btbdt.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

btbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior individual notice. The effective date of the most current version is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and btbdt.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.1 Minimum Age

Access to and use of btbdt is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement. btbdt operates an 18+ only policy across all products, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all other features on the Platform. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering an account, making deposits, or placing bets on btbdt.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

The Platform is designed and operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. By registering and using btbdt, you confirm that you are a resident of, or are currently located in, a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services for personal entertainment purposes is not prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction. btbdt makes no representation or warranty that the Platform is appropriate or available in any location outside its intended market.

2.3 Age Verification

btbdt conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. During the KYC process, you will be required to submit a clear photograph of a valid government-issued identity document — such as your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate — together with a current selfie. The Platform may also request proof of address or source of funds documentation at its discretion.

If you are found to be under the age of 18, btbdt will immediately suspend your account, forfeit any remaining balance (including deposited funds and winnings), and permanently bar you from the Platform. btbdt cooperates with relevant authorities and parental control organisations to prevent underage access.

2.4 Restricted Persons

The following categories of persons are not eligible to hold a btbdt account, regardless of age:

• Employees, contractors, agents, or immediate family members of btbdt or any of its affiliated entities;
• Persons who have been permanently excluded from the Platform following a previous account closure for misconduct, fraud, or a responsible gaming self-exclusion request;
• Persons acting as nominees or proxies for any third party;
• Persons who have provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full functionality of btbdt, you must create a player account by completing the registration process at btbdt Login. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the mobile number associated with your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. btbdt reserves the right to request updated or additional information at any time to maintain the accuracy of your account record.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) active account on btbdt. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Players found to hold duplicate accounts will have all associated accounts suspended, all balances forfeited, and will be permanently banned from the Platform. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be void.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your btbdt username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any third party to access your account, or access another player's account. btbdt strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. btbdt staff will never ask you to provide your password via any communication channel.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify btbdt immediately by contacting [email protected]. btbdt will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure your account. However, btbdt accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

3.4 KYC Documentation

btbdt operates a mandatory KYC programme consistent with responsible operator standards. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. The standard documentation required includes:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — clear photograph showing all four corners, with the document fully legible;
• Proof of Age: Satisfied by the above identity document if it includes date of birth;
• Selfie Verification: A current photograph of yourself holding the identity document;
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation that the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number on your account belongs to you.

btbdt typically completes KYC review within 2–4 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. btbdt reserves the right to request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence purposes at any time.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

btbdt supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, individual payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your btbdt account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are typically processed instantly. btbdt does not charge a platform fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payment methods registered to family members or friends — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and will be processed within 24 hours of submission during normal operating conditions. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. btbdt reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or accounts that have not previously completed full KYC verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times by method are as follows: bKash and Nagad — typically within 1–4 hours after approval; Rocket and Upay — typically within 4–12 hours after approval; bank transfers — typically 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. These timelines are estimates under normal operating conditions and may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or due to additional verification requirements.

4.5 Currency

All player account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on btbdt are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), represented by the ৳ symbol. btbdt does not accept deposits or pay out winnings in any foreign currency. There is no currency conversion applied to your transactions — what you deposit in BDT is held and displayed as BDT at all times.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

btbdt offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds, which are communicated in full in English at the point of offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the time of each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on the bonus amount means the bonus funds must generate total bets equal to 10 times the bonus value before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible players only. A player may be ineligible for a specific promotion if they have previously claimed the same offer, if their account has been flagged for bonus abuse, or if they fail to meet the minimum deposit or activity requirements specified in the promotion. btbdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel bonus credits, or void bonus-derived winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe the promotion has been abused, exploited, or claimed in bad faith.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using automated betting strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements; placing bets that do not reflect genuine gambling activity for the purpose of clearing a bonus; or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

6. Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on btbdt are subject to the specific rules of the sport and market in question, as well as the general betting rules published on the Platform. btbdt offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by event, market type, and account tier.

btbdt reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where a clear pricing error has occurred, or where there is credible evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or irregularities in the market. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games on btbdt are operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. All live games are subject to the rules of the specific game as displayed at the live table. btbdt is not responsible for interruptions to live casino streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game server result and settled accordingly.

6.3 Slot Games

Slot games on btbdt are supplied by internationally recognised studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All slot games use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. 6.4 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute concerning the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of btbdt's internal review team shall be final, subject to the following process: the player must submit a written dispute to [email protected] within 7 days of the relevant bet settlement or game outcome; btbdt will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the dispute within 5 business days; where a resolution cannot be reached, btbdt may refer the matter to the relevant game provider's audit records as the definitive source of truth for the outcome.

7. Responsible Gaming

btbdt is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage how much you load onto the Platform in any given period;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss threshold for a defined time period, after which further betting will be restricted;
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a set duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your btbdt account and request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by btbdt

btbdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player has provided false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• The player is found to hold more than one account;
• btbdt has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, match-fixing involvement, or money laundering;
• The player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploited a Platform error for financial gain;
• The player is determined to be under 18 years of age;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements necessitate account closure.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, btbdt will aim to complete its review within 14 business days and will communicate the outcome to the player via their registered email address.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your btbdt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering conditions on bonus balances. Please note that account closure requests submitted as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion will be processed immediately and with priority over the return-of-funds timeline.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, you will no longer be able to access the Platform, your transaction history, or any associated data through the standard login interface. btbdt retains player account records for a minimum period of 5 years following account closure in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.
